Meeting called to order 7:25pm.

Treasurer’s Report (Passover report from Elizabeth)
2010 Renewals for membership are still coming in from Heather. Current balance is $4912.02 before the membership and awards dinner checks deposit. Membership is about 42 people currently per Heather. Elizabeth presented Year End reports for 2009 and also 2008 so people could compare. CCC has 2 credit cards/debit cards which will be transferred into the names of the new president and new treasurer. They will meet on Saturday to transfer signatures on the accounts.
President’s Report
Nothing to report from outgoing or incoming.
Vice President’s Report
Banquet preparations are on schedule. Wendy has more checks for the treasurer and quite a few people will pay at the door. We have 40 paid guests currently and about 60 phone, email and verbal reservations. For 2010 and going forward people must send a signed form for awards submissions and their own score records.
Delegate Reports (Report from Rochelle – outgoing)
Rochelle is working to promote eventing in our area better. She will work with Eric, the CCC webmaster, to reorganize the CCC website. The Executive Board voted to approve Rochelle as the head of the CCC Website Subcommittee. All website submissions will now go through Rochelle and then on to Eric so that they may be organized correctly on the site.
Darlene will be attending the meetings on January 23 for MSEA and USEA Area IX.
Spring Gulch Report
Steve will be working on the tops of several jumps this year and if money and time building a couple of new fences. We will also be organizing the course to meet the new park specifications. Gennifer is working with a group to do the linseed oil coating of the fences if the weather permits.
Old Business
MSEA and USEA Area IX meetings are January 22/January 23. The Organizers meeting on January 22 will be at the Comfort Suites in Castle Rock and all other meetings will be January 23 at Normandy Farms in Littleton.
New Business
There was a lot of discussion on how to handle upset members and members who insult CCC Executive Board members without cause.
